Introduction

Introduction

Hope in Action is a non-political, secular, and non-profit organization, officially registered in 2024. It was founded by students of KUSOA's BCD program who understood the transformative power of practical action in community development. The organization traces its roots back to the beginning of 2023 when BCD students motivated by a shared passion for community service started regular visits to elderly homes. The small team quickly realized the potential for broader impact through repeated community service actions as an organization. Thus, from the seeds of student enthusiasm Hope in Action bloomed as an organization dedicated to bringing positive change through collective action and service to communities in need. Additionally, the organization also serves as a practical learning ground for students, enhancing their classroom knowledge with hands-on experience through community projects.
